Thank you for considering the Beautiful Event Center Las Vegas - Venue Space! We are dedicated to crafting a personalized event experience that caters to your specific requirements. Just so you know, transparent pricing makes us different; customization makes us popular - we are NOT hiding our rates!  We have a Beautiful Venue that you can rent for $1950 as a DIY décor option or you can customize your personal add-ons or select one of our packages below.  


We are ALWAYS transparent about our event venue rates, fees, and prices, which are clearly outlined on our website.  Most hotels and others charge an additional 20% - 30% .  At The Beautiful Event Center we only charge a low 15% service charge to cover set-up and insurance.  Also, we do not impose a cleaning fee, no credit card processing fee, no early entry fee, nor do we charge for using outside vendors.  Meaning you can bring your own design team, licensed caterers and DJ at no additional vendor charge.


A low 25% non-refundable initial booking payment is required to secure and lock your event date.  Remaining balance due 60 days prior to the event.  If booked less than 60 days full payment is required. 


Please note prices subject to change without written notice but rest assured amounts signed during the contracting process WILL NOT increase nor decrease due to packages. Thanks for considering our Beautiful Event Center venue space.

As a courtesy, we never charge extra for early access, nor do we charge for outside vendors or credit card fees.  Lastly, we do not charge a cleaning fee because our clients partner with us.  Important to note that if you coordinate outside vendors the rental drop-off, breakdown and rental pick-up must be completed within your banquet hall event time - if not the rate is $650 per hour.

ESSENTIAL TIER 1 RATES | Banquet Hall

While we offer amazing customization & packages, this rate is designed for the client who desires to do their own decorations or plans to use their own Event Planner and Designer. These rates include up to 8 generous hours [8AM - 11PM] for you to create your own décor vision. This allows our clients up to 3 hours early access on the day of the event for decor and 5 hours of event time. Guest count over 150 is only $10 per additional guest. Capacity 200 standing and 150 seated.

As a courtesy, we never charge extra for early access on Event Day. If you coordinate outside vendors the event setup, rental drop-off, breakdown and rental pick-up must be completed one hour after the contracted end time - if not then the rate is $650 per hour.
