• The Beautiful Event Center, The Beautiful Collection and The Beautiful Studio and Salon

Collectively referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”  By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting services, or engaging with our team, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Full name, email, phone number, Event details (date, guest count, type, preferences), Budget and service selections, Billing and payment information and Communication history (calls, emails, SMS, AI interactions)

1.3 Lead Platform Data Collection

We receive inquiry data from third-party platforms including:

• The Knot, WeddingWire and Event directories and listing services

Important Disclosure:

Information received from these platforms may be limited (e.g., email-only leads). By submitting inquiries through these platforms, you consent to us contacting you and supplementing your information through direct communication.

8.1 Service Engagement

All services are subject to:

• Signed agreements, Nonrefundable retainers and Payment schedules outlined in your contract

8.2 Pricing & Availability

• Pricing is subject to change until confirmed by contract 
• Availability is not guaranteed until booking is complete

8.3 Vendor Policy

• Open vendor policy applies (excluding licensed bar services)
• Certain services require use of approved or licensed partners

8.4 Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Third-party vendor performance
• Delays or disruptions beyond our control
• Indirect or incidental damages
